The traditional Ladin Farm Lüch Rudiferia in San Cassiano, Alta Badia is the right destination for those who wish to immerse themselves into rural life, to stay closer to the nature of the Dolomites and to taste fresh farm products, such as cow milk and hen eggs.
Built between the 18th and the 19th century, the farm is one of the highest in this area and has always remained in the hands of the same family Rudiferia-Irsara. Nowadays Lüch Rudiferia is a member of the prestigious consortium Red Rooster and is specialized in dairy farming. Among the farm inhabitants, however, there are also hens, responsible for the daily supply of fresh eggs.
Here you can live according to the rhythms of nature, that help to regain the balance of body and mind. Upon request, guests can visit the cowshed, participate in the farm activities or simply admire the well-organized farming routine, facilitated by the precious collaboration with the surrounding nature, that even provides the farm with energy autonomy, thanks to a small hydroelectric unit and photovoltaic panels for water heating.
