General conditions
All prices include: VAT, water, electricity, heating, outdoor private parking, storage for skis and ski boots, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, washing machine and final cleaning. To the indicated prices will be added the local tax. The amount of local tax is determined by the local deliberation of the community where the accommodation in force at the time of stay.
For each additional person Euro 15,00 will be added.
All prices are indicated per apartment and day, for a minimum stay of 3 days. For a short stay of less than three days we charge a surcharge of Euro 30,00 per apartment. During the main tourist season the apartments are rented normally for the whole week, from Saturday till Saturday.
Apartment Tru and Sas: the price is for two persons.
Apartment Pre, Morin and Rü: the price is for four persons
In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.
Upon prior agreement, we accept pets, provided that their owners don't leave their pets alone in the apartment and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets. Basically, pet should sleep in her little bed and not in the guest bed;
Arrival and departure:
Holiday flats are ready after 4 p.m. on arrival day. On departure day we ask you to vacate the flat by 9 a.m. We kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance, if check-in is planned after 8 p.m. Upon departure, guests are kindly asked to leave their apartment clean and tidy. Whenever extra cleaning is required, the company has the right to apply additional charges.
For check-in and key collection guests for the apartments in the house La Morinara are kindly asked to apply to Rudiferia Farm.
Smoking is not allowed in all apartments.
Guests should inform the owners about any visitors if they don't stay in one of the apartments of Lüch Rudiferia and La Murinara.
Additional services:
Fresh bread delivery (from a local bakery) and fresh farm products (milk and eggs) are also available, upon request.
Reductions:
Children up to their third birthday can sleep in a cot in their parents' room, for which Euro 15,00 per stay is paid.
Payment:
You can pay with cash or by bank. If you want ti pay by bank transfer, the payment must be made no later than four days before departure.
Booking:
Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation and the sending of the written booking confirmation. Deposits (Euro 200,00 for one week per apartment) will not be returned in case of cancellation. Please transfer the deposit to the following bank account:

- Bookings may be cancelled up to three months prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.
- Cancellations made up to three months to four weeks before set arrival date: 40% of agreed total price.
- Cancellations made after a month to a week before set arrival date: 70% of agreed total price.
- Cancellations made up to seven days before set arrival date: 100% of agreed total price.
- In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged. Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
